If you’ve been enjoying new TV shows on Hulu such as We’re The Lucky Ones or Shōgun, you may be wondering if there is a Hulu affiliate program.
You’ve probably searched the website for a link in the footer for their affiliate program page. Usually if a website has an affiliate program, you’ll find a link that says:
- Affiliate Program
- Partners
- Refer & Earn
- Affiliates
However, a lot of sites don’t do this though since it’s not important to their customer base.
So does Hulu have an affiliate program that they aren’t referencing from their website? The answer is YES!
Hulu has an affiliate program where they pay affiliates, bloggers and website owners commissions for referring customers to their services.
In this article, you’ll learn more about the Hulu affiliate program, how to get started and how to make money sharing content about things you love on Hulu.

Where To Find The Hulu Affiliate Program
The Hulu affiliate program can be found on two affiliate networks.
I first found the program on Flexoffers while looking through the Entertainment category in that network.
Knowing that Flexoffers is a sub-affiliate and that they probably got this program from another network, I did a search in Wealthy Affiliate’s affiliate program search feature and found that Hulu was also on Rakuten.
Depending on which affiliate network you’re working with, you can join the Hulu affiliate program on either network. There are some differences though, for you to consider.
On the Rakuten Advertising program, you can earn just $2 per sale when you refer customers to Hulu. I did not see any other commission rates even though the screenshot above says that Hulu pays $10. The offer is for “public baseline for new publishers” so maybe more commissions are offered based on performance.
Flexoffers version of the Hulu affiliate program offers a much better commission rate. In fact, you can get $1.60 for every free trial you send and $9.60 for every sale.
On both networks, the cookie length is 14 days which gives your referral two weeks after they clicked your link, to sign up and make a purchase so you can get credited.
Why Promote Hulu?
If you’re searching for the Hulu affiliate program then you probably already know your “why”.
There are a few great reasons why you should promote Hulu.
Hulu is a streaming service where you can watch popular movies and television series as well as the service’s own original content. They also have live TV with their Hulu & Live TV which makes it great for watching news, live sports and other linear streaming channels.
It’s a great alternative to cable and a good offer to push to cord-cutters. There are other services out there like FuboTV and YouTubeTV that Hulu & Live TV makes a great alternative too as well.
With it’s original content, persons with Netflix, Disney Plus and other streaming services may want to check out Hulu. There are a lot of great shows and movies on Hulu that aren’t shown anywhere else which can attract referrals.
The Hulu affiliate program doesn’t pay a whole lot but you can always promote it alongside other streaming services like Amazon Prime Video, Paramount Plus, Max and more.
How To Promote Hulu As an Affiliate
Promoting Hulu as an affiliate is easy if you have a relevant website or blog with a focus on entertainment, streaming, or movies and TV shows.
There are several angles you could try.
One thing to remember if you’re going to use this niche, is that you’ll need a good VPN so that you can unblock geo-restricted services and content. You’ll need it especially if you’re outside of the United States and want to access all of the “US-only” streaming websites.
